The last few weeks have been out of this world here in the PNW. It (almost) makes up for the countless months of gloom and rain that we have to endure. The sun on my skin makes me happy, and I can’t wait to enjoy the beauty of the northwest summer. What could be better than an evening spent with great friends, BBQ-ing on the beach, beneath a sunset like this…

Jessica + Will | Engaged

These two make each other laugh, which in my opinion, is the most important part of a relationship. Their big day is scheduled for September, and I can’t wait!

Jessica + Will spend lots of time in coffee shops, and Will actually proposed in one, so we took a few shots in Cafe Vita. My apologizes to Jessica’s Grandmother for posting another kissing shot, I promise there were only a few. :)

Will - WOW! These are fantastic!! To clarify, I didn’t propose in a coffee shop, rather, I proposed after we went to one, but we still love coffee and I like the shots you got very much!

News (aka self indulgent blog post)

Just a few things I’m pretty excited about…

Looks like I made it on the “Top Photographers of 2008” list over at WPJA. I’ve tied with several other photographers at spot #104, so yes, I’m at the bottom. But I don’t mind being at the bottom of the top list! :) Since WPJA is international, I’ve competed with wedding photographers in every country in the world! I’m pretty pumped that I made it here… maybe 2009 will put me mid list? A girl can dream.
