International Awarding Winning? Yes please!

TOOT TOOT!!

It’s official, people.  I’m tooting my own horn!  I have finally won a WPJA award!!  I’ve been a member for 3 years, and I enter the contest religiously.  Each time the results come out, I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t win, and then immediately blown away by all the inspiring photographs that placed in the contest.  The competition is fierce!  There are so many amazing photographers who are a part of the WPJA and it’s an honor to place among the great!!! (Finally!) ;)  Check out all the winners HERE.  Okay, back to my blog break… website should be done this weekend.

Third place, from Valerie +Jeff’s wedding this summer:

Vacation!!

Whoo hoo! I’m headed to Mexico tomorrow morning to soak in the sun and sip on fruity drinks. If you want to see where I’m staying check it out HERE. I’ve been drooling over this website for the last couple months. It reminds me of all those Corona commercials, and yes, I plan on re-creating them. ;0 After Mexico, I’m making a quick trip to San Diego to honor my friend Terrin.

I will be out of the office and totally unplugged from November 6th- November 18th. I will answer all calls + emails quickly upon my return.

[ new websites and other fun stuff coming soon! stay posted ]

ISPWP contest

The results are in for the ISPWP contest. ISPWP is the International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers. (I like to say it in a british accent while puffing on a fake cigar.)  ISPWP is a relatively new place for brides to find the best wedding photographers around. I’m happy to say that I placed first in the third quarter contest with my engagement shot of Derrick + Jingying. The clouds were awesome that day. Check out the all the contests winners HERE.
