Buy art and give back!!  Let’s raise some more money for Casa de Milagros in Peru!!

I’ve decided to extend my original canvas print though February as well as add an additional archival print that is more affordable. I realize we are in a recession and people are trying to save money… so I’m offering a more appropriate print option this month.  I’ve also decided to extend the charity for another month.  This time of year is really difficult for the orphanage.   Remember, 100% of the profits will go to the charity and help children in need.  Read more about it HERE.

A new year, a new idea.

Lately I’ve been noticing things; how happy my life is, how full it is. I know the rest of the world isn’t so lucky. It’s easy for me to sit in my comfortable home with my healthy, loving husband and ignore the rest of the world. A world that needs help. But I’m tired of turning off the news because it scares me, and I’m tired of feeling like I should be doing something to help, but doing nothing about it.

It feels like it’s time to start giving back, after all, I have enough. More than enough. So I came up with an idea, something simple. I’m offering a different print each month at a discounted price. ALL of the profits from the print sales will go to a select charity at the end of each month.

THE CHARITY

Casa de Milagros (Home of the Miracles)

Casa de Milagros is a home for orphaned children in Peru. It’s a very loving, holistic community that heals and educates beautiful, abandoned Peruvian children. I was lucky enough to visit last time I was there. I was horribly sick, so I didn’t take any photos.
